Barrell Craft Spirits Single Barrel Bourbon

Aged: 10 Years

Mash Bill: Proprietary

Proof: 102 (51% ABV)

Nose: Rich notes of fruit, citrus, caramel and oak

Palate: Rye spices up-front flowing into notes of figs, cinnamon and vanilla

Finish: Long and lasting with notes of sweet fruit and a touch of spice

Nine Banded Wheated Bourbon

Aged: Minimum of 3 years

Mash Bill: 51% Corn, 45% Wheat and 4% Malted Barley

Proof: 109 (54.5% ABV)

Tasting Notes:

Nose: honey, melon, dark cherry, toasted walnut, wildflowers and bananas foster

Body: graham cracker, brown sugar, roasted pears and pecans

Finish: lingering and long-lasting graham cracker and pecans
